Chocolate and Pistachio Biscotti …adulterated from Bills
You need to cook this twice. Once as a whole loaf then slice it up and bake again so you have the biscotti.
You need for 30 Fashion Editors, 20 models or one lovely father on Father’s Day

2 eggs
2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup good quality cocoa powder
80g pistachios or almonds
a handful of chocolate bits

- Climb out of Balenciaga heels.
- Take two aspros for the toe pain.
- Find a large baking tray and some non-stick baking paper.
- Chop up the almonds.
- Beat the sugar and eggs together for 3 minutes, until it is thick as Jessica Simpson and as pale as Lily Cole.
- Sift in the flour and the naughty cocoa powder and stir with a wooden spoon until almost combined.
- Toss in the pistachios and use your hands if you must to mix it.
- Divide the mixture in half and shape into 2 logs about 15cm long.Think George Clooney and Brad Pitt.

- Remove from the oven and leave until completely cool.
- Heat the oven to 120C.
- Cut the logs into thick slices so they look like…Biscotti!
- Spread out lying flat onto an oven tray and bake for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through the cooking time.
