Almond, lemon, and Ricotta cake…adulterated from taste.com.au
I had almonds, lemons and lots of fresh ricotta so I found this recipes and whipped up this delicious cake. I always use fresh almonds that I whizz up instead of almond meal. Tastes so much better.
