I have an aversion to scales: they always tell me something I don’t want to know. Of course that’s only when I stand on them (and kick them!) in the bathroom. But when I’m in the kitchen that’s a different story. At the centre of FiFi HQ I actually need and want to measure things (as opposed to waist or hips) to ensure my cooking is nothing short of crowd pleasing fabulousness. Which is why I need scales that work and most importantly look good. Just like the red cool retro scales I found in Pulp Kitchen (in Bondi Junction).
