I was visiting a friend. My eyes zoomed in on her new black patent, zip clutch. She turned around. I seized it searching furiously to find the logo. Marni? Longchamps? What?! A Smiggle pencil case? Outrageous. You can buy the long chic version or there is a shorter, neater style. It’s a pity the photo does not do it justice but this clutch, er, pencil case is actually the chicest thing for $14. Oh and don’t worry: the logo is very small and unobtrusive. No-one will ever know.
