Ssshhh, Don’t tell anyone but there are some fabulous hats in Target that may not look exactly like the Phillip Treacy hat you saw in UK Vogue, but they are the same price (as a UK airfreight Vogue). Outrageous but true! For around $24 to $39, you’ll find alot of black but also red or (gasp!) pink, and all sorts of chic, simple styles. Perfect if you only go the races once or twice a year. Then you can spend more on those shoes you saw in Gucci.
