Here is a great hotel reservation website that is cleanly designed and is very easy to use. Click on the map of where you want go and you’ll find all the hotels ( in 2 clicks) ranked from no star to 5 star.. As a test I chose the lovely town of Juan Les Pins in the South of France and I was relieved to see the Hotel Du Cap Eden-Roc is there (though it’s not bookable online).
